Hi there, lovely to have you here!

My name is Gwen, although some may refer to me as Chuleeporn Theppitak. I have extensive experience as a professional in the areas of Learning & Development, Competence Management Customer Service, and Railway Industries. After working in Dubai and Bangkok for 13 years, I am currently residing in the Netherlands.

I am a certified trainer and assessor from City & Guilds, London. I have been creating course content and training materials for over 10 years. Using ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping, and some of the latest tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Powtoon, Vyond, and Adobe XD is in my area of expertise.

I'm all about the art of andragogy, making sure the learning experiences are engaging, fun, and effective with virtually-appealing designs.

I'm a natural at delegating tasks and managing project deliverables, and I thrive on coaching and working with others.

My go-to resources for Instructional Design are Map It book by Cathy Moore, Design for How People Learn book by Julie Dirksen, Devlin Peck Youtube channel, and Articulate Community.

To enhance my proficiency in current learning design strategies and tools, I have completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design from the Digital Learning Institute, accredited by Glasgow Caledonian University with a Distinction grade.

Certificates & Qualifications

Outside of working hours

In 2019, I founded Bangkok&Co, a small business where I juggle roles like social media manager, web developer, project manager, and graphic designer. This gave me hands-on experience with coding and design tools.

In my free time, I love relaxing with my husband Marthinus by watching comedies on Netflix. Traveling is a passion, and being in the Middle East makes it easy to explore new places. I enjoy starting trips with walking tours to get a feel for the area.

I'm also a social butterfly, preferring spontaneous get-togethers with friends over wild nights out. I'm always open to new experiences and excited for what’s next!
